Mandie & Stuart were on a camping trip at Pacific Palms when they first decided that Mobys would be the perfect destination for their wedding.
Mandie walked down an isle under a canopy of lush green palm trees at the stunning Green Cathedral in Tiona, just a short drive from Mobys Beachside Retreat towards Forster, and married the love of her life Stuart on Saturday 11th November 2017
Whilst they were off having their photos their friends and family headed back to Boomerang Beach where they enjoyed drinks on the Mobys poolside deck prior to the wedding reception which was held in our function centre above our restaurant Mobys on Red Gum
Our head chef Evan prepared Crab and prawn ravioli & Prosciutto wrapped veal fillet for entree and our Chicken Supreme stuffed with brie & thyme wrapped in prosciutto & Marinated Whole Roasted Eye Fillet for the main meal. Mandie & Stuart’s wedding cake, which was made by their friend Christine, was sliced and served for dessert.
It was a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple. The Mobys team would like to congratulate Mandie & Stuart again on their marriage and we wish them a lifetime of happiness.
