Eth & Jason and their guests enjoyed a selection of delicious canapes followed by a delicious main course prepared by Mobys on Red Gum head chef Jesse Lemon and his team and wedding cake for dessert
Canapes
- Rare roast beef, horseradish cream, basil pesto, crisp bread
- Braised duck wonton, chilli, coriander, sweet soy
- Grilled prawn, paprika mayo, mango & lime salsa
- Pumpkin and ricotta tart, thyme and balsamic
Mains
- Marinated Whole Roasted Eye Fillet. (served medium rare/medium) saute mushrooms, baby spinach, Parish mash, red wine jus
- Chicken Supreme stuffed with brie & thyme wrapped in prosciutto, polenta, steamed greens with a creamy sauce
Dessert
- The happy couple chose Cakes by Candi B (a fabulous local cake maker) to design their beautiful wedding cake
