Emma & Tim and their guests enjoyed a selection of delicious canapes followed by three courses prepared by Mobys on Red Gum head chef Jesse Lemon and his team
Canapes
- Braised duck wonton, chilli, coriander, sweet soy
- Grilled prawn, paprika mayo, mango & lime salsa
- Grilled Chicken skewers, fresh herbs
Entrees
- Salt & pepper squid, lime mayo, mint & chilli salad, nam jim dressing
- Black sesame seared tuna, fried garlic, chilli, soy & ginger sauce with Asian herbs
Mains
- Chicken supreme stuffed with brie & thyme wrapped in prosciutto, polenta, steamed greens and a creamy sauce
- Marinated lamb back strap, warm salad, freekah, roast pumpkin, Kalamata olives, crème Burraduc Farm fetta, lemon & love oil, pomegranate jus
Dessert
- The happy couple chose Cakes by Candi B (a fabulous local cake maker) to design their beautiful wedding cake which was sliced and served with fresh cream and strawberries
